Asda Loop

This is an approximately 5 mile social run and is open to runners of all abilities.

If you are new to the club, please feel free to come into the clubhouse beforehand and introduce yourself to one of the run leaders, who will be happy explain how it works.

As with all our social runs, we encourage everyone to stay together where possible. Not only does this help keep the run sociable and welcoming, it also improves safety should anyone take a wrong turn or require assistance along the route.

We will have runners covering a range of paces, including a backmarker to ensure nobody is left behind. However, as with all our routes, we strongly recommend familiarising yourself with the course in advance.
