Thursday night training is our traditional social running night with five pre-designated routes rotating each week. the Routes change for Winter and Summer. This starts at 7pm, with explanation of the route, and an introduction any new runners to group. New runners will also be grouped up with people of roughly the same ability, and will always be shown the way. Plus there will be a back marker in case anyone gets lost.
We also have a 7pm short efforts session – ideal for beginners.. As per Tuesday nights, there are showers and the bar is open to enjoy a drink with your fellow club members.
