Thursday night training is our traditional social running night with four pre-designated routes rotating each week. the Routes change for Winter and Summer.
New runners will be grouped up with people of roughly the same ability, and will always be shown the way. We also have a 7pm short efforts session - ideal for beginners, or those wanting a warm up to the 8pm session. Members are welcome to arrange their pre-designated route for a 7pm start. There is also a regular Orienteering Event, which is great for mixing up your training sessions. As per Tuesday nights, there are showers and the bar is open to enjoy a drink with your fellow club members.
